INGREDIENTS
- 400 g caster sugar
- 500 g table salt
- 12 juniper berries
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 litres water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring all ingredients to boil
- Simmer until the sugar and salt is dissolved completely
- Leave to cool
- Once cold, pour over meat
