La Colombette was originally first made as a wedding gift for the Pugibet family in 1890 and from there became a successful business. It is produced in Beziers in the Languedoc, France.

The delicate colour is perfectly complimented by poised acidity and overall a fresh finish. Summer in a bottle!!!!
