In these troubled times it is so lovely to share a little glimmer of hope!

We can now announce that one of our ex-apprentices, Charlie Jeffreys, will be competing on Master Chef: The Professionals!

Charlie, who some of you may fondly remember, is now Senior Chef de Partie at 3 Michelin Starred Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester Hotel, and we couldn’t be more proud!

Master Chef will be airing from the 2nd of November. Charlie’s first appearance will be on the 24th of November, please join the whole Yalbury Cottage team in supporting Charlie and cheering him on as he takes on this mammoth challenge!
